I grew up reading, dancing, daydreaming, and making art. I still enjoy anything creative, including making my own personal care and cleaning products while feeling like a mad scientist. I began making my own natural products to improve both my health and that of my children. I received my first foot zone when seeking relief from fibromyalgia symptoms, and I fell in love with the experience, leading me to become a certified foot zone practitioner myself.

I love being a Foot Zone Practitioner! I currently practice in both Sandy and downtown Salt Lake City, Utah.

I received a degree from the University of Utah in Exercise Science with a minor in Nutrition. In addition to working as a foot zone practitioner, I am a part-time ballet and fitness instructor, recreational cyclist, full-time mother of three and wife to my very own Mr. Wright. I still daydream frequently and plan to someday write a novel and ride my bicycle the 180 miles from Salt Lake City to my hometown.
