There was a time when I was “taking a little walk in the valley of life” so to speak. I was struggling desperately with depression and anxiety. Heavenly Father graciously guided me to yoga, foot zoning, wonderful people, connections, and tools that have helped me find healing in my life. I have learned that life continually presents ways to help us expand and grow to a capacity beyond that which we ever imagined possible!

Now I have my little home-grown business, EmBody Wellness & Yoga which has been born in an expression of my gratitude to God, and all those who have lifted me up, helped me find healing and taught me so much along the way.

My family consists of 5 beautiful children and my husband David of 28 years. One of our sons is autistic. I am very familiar with the challenges that having a child on the spectrum brings. I have taught yoga for 10 years now. I am a foot zone practitioner and Christ centered Energy Healer/Teacher. I also do Light Focused Emotional Release, Aroma Touch, BioSet, which is an allergy clearing technique, Therapeutic Touch, Generational Healing, Heart Centered Therapy, and more.
