I certified in Foot Zone Therapy in 2013 and in Massage Therapy a year later. Since 2015, I have been practicing Zoning and bodywork full-time. In Zoning I keep an experimental perspective: I work thoroughly through the Zone protocol and carefully attend any areas that show signs of disturbance. I chart carefully to track progress and improve my practice. My overall bodywork practice tends to focus on holistic, structurally and energetically oriented deep tissue and trigger point therapy, with integrated techniques from Zoning and from Craniosacral Therapy. The majority of my bodywork clients see me to reduce chronic pain and increase their mobility. My passion and goal is to expand my practice working with people with autoimmune disorders, asthma, and other chronic conditions to see where we may be able to make improvements in their lives. I love my work! I am motivated to see clients consistently improve.
