Have enjoyed empowering people, young & old, in a multitude of circumstances my whole life. Professionally I have done so for decades as a Foot Zoner, RTT Hypnotherapist, coach, educator and human resources. I believe given the proper tools and desire the body, soul and mind want to function at optimum, "True North" so to speak. I work in partnership with clients as a team drawing on the above background and additional training/experience with essential oils, degree in nutrition.
